Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AI Comic Creator provides AI-assisted tools to generate comics, storyboards, and multi-panel visual sequences from prompts, with panel-level editing and character consistency features. We do not guarantee any particular creative or commercial outcome.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at hi@aicomiccreator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Paid features may be offered now or in the future. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

Because the Services may involve immediate access to compute and AI resources, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; attempt to circumvent security or limits; generate content that violates law or third-party rights; or resell the Services except as permitted by law.

You are responsible for how you use generated comics and for complying with applicable copyright and content policies.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review and verify all generated content before publication or reliance. AI Comic Creator does not provide legal or professional advice.

The Services, including software and branding, are owned by Imperium Software LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in your original inputs. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide and improve the Services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPERIUM SOFTWARE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify Imperium Software LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes will be in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
